The GKHS Booster Club scholarship program was made possible through a unique fundraising effort led by former President Shannon Scacciotti and Treasurer LouAnn Crook.
After receiving a large donation of merchandise, the Booster Club sold items at school and community events, raising over $50,000 to support students.
These funds are now securely managed through the Greater Tacoma Community Foundation to ensure scholarships can be awarded to GK students for years to come.
